Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts competent to hear cases in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other venue or jurisdiction.

The user expressly, informedly, voluntarily, and unequivocally consents to CHYPS processing their personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Requests will be handled in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 and its supplementary regulations.

9. Security Measures
Collected data will be kept confidential. CHYPS will use data only for the purposes and in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. CHYPS complies with personal data protection laws and, in particular, with Law No. 25,326 and its supplementary rules, including Resolution No. 47/2018 (the "Personal Data Protection Rules"). To protect personal data provided by users, CHYPS will apply the same standards and level of care it uses to protect its own information.
However, the user acknowledges that existing technical security measures are not infallible, and that even when reasonable security precautions are taken, information may still be tampered with, destroyed, and/or lost.
